Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to digital products and services offered by Textile Designer AI, including subscription plans, prepaid credits, and AI-based design services delivered online.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of future recurring charges at any time by contacting support@scientiaai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not affect services already consumed during the active billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
All payments are non-refundable once made, as also stated on the invoice. Refunds are processed only in cases of genuine payment errors such as duplicate charge, incorrect debit, or failed transaction where money is debited but service is not activated.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5-7 working days. The credited amount is usually reflected in the customer's original payment method as per banking network timelines.

To report a payment error and request review, write to support@scientiaai.com with your registered email address, transaction reference, and complete issue details.
