Requires Photoshop 2023 (24.0) or newer and Adobe Creative Cloud. Uses your Textile Designer AI login and organisation credits — no separate plugin purchase.

How to install

    Download the plugin

    Click Download for Photoshop. You will get a .ccx file.

    Install with Creative Cloud

    Double-click the .ccx file. Adobe Creative Cloud desktop opens and asks you to confirm because the plugin comes from our website rather than the Marketplace. Click Install and wait until it finishes.

    If the install fails

    On a Mac, move the .ccx out of Downloads (for example into your home folder) and double-click it again; macOS folder privacy can block the installer from reading Downloads. Other errors, like "no compatible app", are covered in the troubleshooting guide below.

    Open Photoshop

    Restart Photoshop if it was already open. Open the panel from Plugins → Designer AI.

  5. 5

    Connect your account

    In the panel, click Connect, sign in on the website, then return to Photoshop. Credits match your organisation on textile-designer.ai.
