A saree is six metres long with no repeat. Designing one from scratch used to take three or four days. Fifteen months after the design team started on the platform, Aaditya goes through what changed: lead time, daily metres, headcount, how customers approve a sample, and what held the designers back.

What the designers hit first
Typing in English.
The biggest resistance in the digital factory was the prompt box, not the AI. (15:34)
Tools that take a file, not a sentence.
Colour Matching, Repeat Set and the rest run on the design itself. (16:12)
Sampling over a cup of coffee.
The customer calls out changes and the revised blanket is back before the cup is empty. (8:05)
